Loneliness: a break down or an anguish phase of life which lets the happiness fade away. A lonely and isolated person becomes prone of being or left away alone. The thing which we fail to realise is that the loneliness won’t last forever it is just a time which will pass by. A spirit that everything will be fine is needed to cheer ourselves at this times when we feel lonely. Look at these points to get rid of the depressing journey of lonesomeness.

1) Plan an outing alone and have a great meal.

Isn’t it great to have a ravishing time with your own self at your favourite restaurant? Things seem to be good when we plan a meal time with someone else. But, it is much better when we plan a solo outing. The best thing about going on a date alone is that you can enjoy your time with your self, there is no interruption caused by anyone. There is no need to keep in mind the decision of other people as you are the only one to plan out the whole occasion.



2) Be a part of some activities like dance, yoga, gym etc.

Exercise is recommended to be the best healing therapy for any issue. Exercise is not just confined to the fitness. Rather, It provides peace to our mind. A walk or just an hour of exercise can uplift the amount of positivity embedded in us. Life is full of joy and happiness. But, we can enjoy those moments only when we have a cheerful mind and then only happiness can come our way. You can have a good quality sleep time after a tiring day of exercise. Indeed the energy and strength level boosts up which makes you feel better. 



3) Move out to a mall or a chilling place without any plan.

Have an astonishing time with yourself. Move out on a random journey and it will turn out to be much joyful as the atmosphere in which you are in a habit to stay, has now changed to an extent for some time. Being in new surroundings can help you in forgetting the painful memories which are the real causes of your loneliness.



4) A pet will help you to overpower loneliness

Having a pet won’t ever let you feel lonely. Animals may fascinate you at this moment. It is the best way to cheer yourself up when the humans don’t seem to be good enough to be with. You might capture numerous funny and loving moments with your pet and suddenly it turns out to be one of the best things in your life.Taking them out for a walk, pampering them will keep your mind busy with it and you will start realizing that world isn’t that dark.



5) Devote some time to helping others to beat loneliness

Putting forward your hand towards helping others is one of the best deeds which can be done to divert your mind from the painful cause of your loneliness. Isn’t it just amazing to help an old man to cross the road or just randomly helping your younger sibling in his/her studies? Count on the blessings which you get. Keeping in mind your helping nature, others will also start cherishing and valuing your presence. This would automatically help you to regain self-confidence.



6) Look at some humorous t.v. series or a novel. 

Start scribbling up about how your day went or just catch up on a television series, this might help you to regain assurance about your abilities. When you will start feeling the character in the novel or a movie. You tend to forget about the miseries from which you are going through. When you have lost the comfort of the fictional characters too, just take a deep breath and go out for a walk in the park. It is a cool place to enjoy your selves as you can put all your emotions in front of nature. 



7) Need A Couple of motivating words to escape the lonely times.

You are not meant to feel so broken. As this time will also pass by. The best thing about the time is that it will not last forever. Though, some wounds can’t be healed in a longer time span too. But, how we manage the dilemma is the thing which is tested by the god. Try to keep your self away from the sorrowful experiences which let you feel down. Just remember that the time has the power to heal all the miseries. You need a sense of motivation in your self to begin feeling good again. Consult a Friend or a Family member, as you need to work on the amount of motivation embedded in you.
